Samad Davila of New Brunswick, NJ, a redshirt junior for the American International College (AIC) football team, was named to the 2018 Northeast-10 All-Conference Offensive Third Team.

Federica Frew of Melbourne, Australia, a senior for the American International College women's soccer team, was named to the 2018 All-New England second team as a midfielder. The New England Women's Intercollegiate Soccer Association announced the All-New England teams for Division II on Thursday, December 6. Federica was honored with All-New England Second Team. She also led the team in assists (6) and tied the team lead in points (20).

Florina Ravundra, of Hawthorne, CA, a freshman for the American International College women's soccer team, was named to the 2018 All- New England Second Team as a defender. The New England Women's Intercollegiate Soccer Association announced the All-New England teams for Division II on Thursday, December 6, 2018. Florina started in all 19 games. She also logged in the most minutes on the team with 1,762 minutes on the pitch.

Men's wrestling athlete, Baltazar "Jojo" Gonzalez, of Willimantic, CT, dominated the mat, leading the American International College wrestling team to a seventh-place finish and earning Most Outstanding Wrestler honors at the University of Southern Maine's Ted Reese Invitational on Saturday, December 1, 2018.

Chelsea Davis of Boonton, NJ, a junior for the American International College field hockey team, was named to the 2018 Notheast-10 All-Conference Second Team as a defender. The conference office announced the team on Wednesday, November 13. Chelsea led the Yellow Jackets with six goals and three assists for 15 points, and was the highest-scoring back in the conference. She also recorded a conference-best 11 defensive saves, tying her own school record from last season and in the process breaking the NCAA Division II career record for defensive saves. She was twice named Northeast-10 Defensive Player of the Week and also earned an NFHCA Defensive Player of the Week nod. The selection is Chelsea's second all-conference selection, having been named to the NE10 All-Rookie team in 2016.

The Athletic Director's 3.0 Club recognizes the student in student-athlete by celebrating academic achievement with the overarching goal that these young men and women will be recognized as academic role models and serve as an inspiration for all scholar-athletes, especially those new to the College. The annual induction ceremony, held at the beginning of fall semester, recognizes those returning student-athletes who achieve a 3.0 cumulative GPA or better after attending AIC for one year or more.

Women's rugby athlete Kayla Clark, of Olympia, WA, received the Lt. Alvin J. Carocari Scholarship Award from American International College (AIC) during the College's Athletic Awards ceremony this spring. The Lt. Alvin J. Carocari Scholarship Award is presented to the male and female student-athletes who have made outstanding contributions to intercollegiate athletics at AIC.

Jenny Holmquist, of Gray, ME, has been named a Team IMPACT Fellow for the 2018-19 season. Jenny, who plays for the American International College (AIC) women's field hockey team, is one of 20 student-athletes across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region selected to participate in the program. Team IMPACT is a national nonprofit organization that connects children facing serious and chronic illnesses with local college athletic teams.

Matthew Costanza, of Revere, MA, received a Student-Athlete of the Year Award at American International College (AIC) at the College's Athletic Awards ceremony this spring. The Student-Athlete of the Year Award is presented to the male and female student athlete for each class year that best exemplifies a well-rounded student-athlete. Matthew, a health science major, received the Second Year Male Student-Athlete of the Year Award.

Jana Potic, of New Belgrade, Serbia, received a Student-Athlete of the Year Award at American International College (AIC) at the College's Athletic Awards ceremony this spring. The Student-Athlete of the Year Award is presented to the male and female student athlete for each class year that best exemplifies a well-rounded student-athlete. Jana received the Second Year Female Student-Athlete of the Year Award.

Football athlete Devonte Dillion, of Windsor, CT, received the Lt. Alvin J. The Student-Athlete of the Year Award is presented to the male and female student athlete for each class year that best exemplifies a well-rounded student-athlete. Brennan received the First Year Male Student-Athlete of the Year Award.

Dolores Kopren, of Novi Sad, Serbia, received a Student-Athlete of the Year Award at American International College (AIC) at the College's Athletic Awards ceremony this spring. The Student-Athlete of the Year Award is presented to the male and female student athlete for each class year that best exemplifies a well-rounded student-athlete. Dolores, an international business major, received the Third Year Female Student-Athlete of the Year Award.

Mercy Rivera, of Canovanas, Puerto Rico, received the F.J. Maloney Award from American International College (AIC) during the College's Athletic Awards ceremony this spring. The F.J. Maloney Award is presented to the most outstanding male and female athletes for four years at AIC.

Dana Bramble, of East Hartford, CT, received a Student-Athlete of the Year Award at American International College (AIC) at the College's Athletic Awards ceremony this spring. The Student-Athlete of the Year Award is presented to the male and female student athlete for each class year that best exemplifies a well-rounded student-athlete. Dana, a chemistry major, received the Fourth Year Female Student-Athlete of the Year Award.

The Student-Athlete of the Year Award is presented to the male and female student athlete for each class year that best exemplifies a well-rounded student-athlete. Matthew, a communications major, received the Fourth Year Male Student-Athlete of the Year Award.

Jason Coscio, of Hopewell Junction, NY, received the Yellow Jacket of the Year award at American International College's (AIC) Athletic Awards ceremony this spring. The Yellow Jacket of the Year is presented to the student-athlete who best exemplifies AIC athletics in character, talent, and spirit. Jason, a business administration major, is a member of the baseball team.

Bryant Christian, of Moorehead, MN, received the Sydney Trager Award for academic achievement in accounting during the Academic Awards ceremony this spring at American International College.

Ivan Chepyegon, of Kapsabet, Kenya, was a recipient of the Milton J. Piepul Merit Medal at American International College's (AIC) Athletic Awards ceremony this spring. The Milton J. Piepul Merit Medal is given to a senior who combines excellence on the field with excellence in the classroom, including a 3.5 GPA or higher.

Mitchell Byrne, of Dublin, Ireland, was a recipient of the Milton J. Piepul Merit Medal at American International College's (AIC) Athletic Awards ceremony this spring. The Milton J. Piepul Merit Medal is given to a senior who combines excellence on the field with excellence in the classroom including maintaining a 3.5 GPA or higher.

Bryant Christian, of Moorhead, MN, received the Robert Burke Athletic Director's Award at American International College's (AIC) Athletic Awards ceremony this spring. The Robert Burke Athletic Director's award recognizes community service and outstanding perfomance or competitive improvement over an athletic career. Bryant, a member of the men's ice hockey team, is an accounting major.
