Piepul Merit Medal is given to a senior who combines excellence on the field with excellence in the classroom including maintaining a 3.5 GPA or higher.

The Wall Street Journal Award is given in recognition of scholarship and achievement in business studies. Matthew is a general business major at AIC.

Laurie Bednarczyk, of West Springfield, MA, was recognized with the Robert J. Sartwell Memorial Award during American International College's (AIC) Academic Awards ceremony this spring. The Robert J. Sartwell Memorial Award is given in recognition of scholarship and achievement in business studies. Laurie majored in general business at AIC.

Adam Garete, of Ludlow, MA, received the Robert Bohlke Award during the American International College (AIC) Academic Awards ceremony this spring. The Robert Bohlke Award is presented to a student who has the highest grade point average in the field of sociology. Adam is a sociology major.

Jazmine Baehr, of Boynton Beach, FL, received the Fanny B. Kamberg Award during the American International College (AIC) Academic Awards ceremony this spring. The Fanny B. Kamberg Award is presented to a student for outstanding achievement in sociology. Jazmine is a sociology major.

American International College in Springfield, MA has named 450 students to the Spring 2018 Dean's List. Dean's List students are full-time students with a grade point average between 3.3 and 4.0.

The Henrietta Littlefield Award is presented to a woman in the senior class who best demonstrates the leadership qualities and commitment to co-curricular student life as exemplified by Henrietta Littlefield, professor, and first Director of Student Activities at American International College.

Jalah Oates, of Elizabeth, NJ, majoring in liberal studies, was the sole recipient of the Student Life Recognition Award at American International College (AIC) in Springfield, MA during the College's Co-Curricular Awards Ceremony this spring. The Student Life Recognition Award is presented to students who have directly impacted the improvement of an existing program, the initiation of a new program, of the forming of a new organization.

The Ingenuity Award is presented to students who have shown a high level of creativity, uniquness, and ingenuity in the design and delivery of programs.

Victoriya Maklakova, of Agawam, MA, majoring in accounting, received the Student Employee of the Year Award at American International College (AIC) in Springfield, MA, during the College's Co-Curricular Awards Ceremony this spring. The Student Employee of the Year Award is presented to a student employee who has been distinguished by the caliber of the work contributed to the employing department, the commitment to the function of the area, and the exhibition of the high-quality work readiness tha reflects the values and stardard of the AIC alumni everywhere in the workplace.

Allison Gavin, of Bristol, CT, majoring in communications, received the Volunteer of the Year Award at American International College (AIC) in Springfield, MA during the College's Co-Curricular Awards Ceremony this spring. The Volunteer of the Year Award is presented to a student who has worked in a volunteer capacity in a consistent and selfless manner.

American International College announces its list of 26 students who have been nationally recognized in the annual publication of Who's Who Among Students in American Universities & Colleges. The students were presented with their awards during the College's Co-Curricular Leadership and Involvement Awards Ceremony presented by the Division of Student Affairs on April 21.

Cambridge, MA native Sierra Naughton, a Liberal Studies major at American International College, was honored at the College's Division of Student Affairs' Co-curricular Leadership and Involvement Awards ceremony on April 21. Sierra received the Student Life Recognition Award and was also listed in Who's Who Among Students in American Universities & Colleges.

Who's Who in American Universities and Colleges is awarded to juniors or seniors who have demonstrated personal growth through sustained leadership in clubs, organizations, athletics and/or in the community while serving as a positive role model both inside and outside of the classroom. SPRINGFIELD, MASS.-- Eighteen students from American International College in Springfield, Mass. were recently inducted into Who's Who Among Students at American Universities and Colleges. The students were recognized November 12 at a ceremony in the college's Bradley Room. Students are nominated for inclusion in Who's Who by campus committees and directory editors on the basis of academic achievement, service to their community, leadership in extracurricular activities and potential for continued success. "This is one of the ways that our college can recognize seniors for their campus and community involvement," said Blaine K. Stevens, vice president of student affairs at AIC.
