Pascaline Jerotich Receives Student-Athlete of the Year Award

Pascaline Jerotich of Eldoret, Kenya, majoring in Economics and Finance, received a Student-Athlete of the Year Award from American International College during the College's Athletic Awards ceremony this spring. The Student-Athlete of the Year Award is presented to a male and female individual from each class year who best exemplifies a well-rounded student-athlete. Pascaline received the Fourth/Fifth Year Student-Athlete of the Year Award.

Pascaline, one of the leaders for the cross country team on the women's side, capped her phenomenal four-year cross country career with her second career appearance at nationals after placing second overall at the NCAA East Regional Championship. She was named to the NE10's First Team All-Conference after placing third at the NE10 Championships. During indoor season, Pascaline placed third in the one mile, and later second place in the 3,000 meters. In addition, Pascaline was named All-East Region in the one mile and the 5,000 meters.
