AIC Sophomore Dana Bramble Named to NE-10 Women's Track & Field Indoor Academic All-Conference Team

American International College sophomore Dana Bramble (East Hartford, Conn.) was named to the Northeast-10 Women's Track & Field Academic All-Conference team announced by the league office on April 6.

Through three semesters on campus, the sophomore jumper majoring in chemistry has earned a cumulative grade point average of 3.77. The US Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) East Region Field Athlete of the Year qualified for the NCAA Division II Indoor National Championship in the long jump with a school record leap of 5.85 meters. Bramble hit the program-best mark en route to the New England Championship.

Bramble claimed the NE-10 triple jump crown (11.34m) and placed third in the long (6.65m).
